Guest Jillian Lappetito, at age twelve, set her compass to become a competitive water polo player. Her choice to pursue her dream was authentic from the start. This early authenticity drove Jillian's determination and acceptance of the sacrifices that her choice cost her. Co-founding Leaderology two and half years ago, Jillian expanded upon the strengths of other competitive athletic careers. She leads her days like a team practice calendar: setting a clear start and finish times to accomplish tasks during the day. She relishes her business partner's wisdom and experience and sees them as "stronger in numbers." When it is time to take time off, Jillian's well-trenched discipline allows her to be fully off to enjoy her infant daughter, friends, family, or a run.
